FREE Stock Images Sites for Birth Workers
Here are some of my favorite stock photo websites that are perfect for birth workers.
All of the photos you find on these websites should be ok for you to use (for free)
but things change so please do your due diligence before using images (aka read the rules).

http://pixabay.com/en/ - My favorite, so I need to mention it again.
http://www.freeimages.com/ - Dig around and you will find good photos here! Avoid the ones that look unprofessional.
http://www.morguefile.com/ - So-So photos but at least the database is searchable.
http://www.vecteezy.com/ - Sometimes you need clip art too! Some are NOT free to use, make sure you read the license on each piece of art.
http://foter.com/ - Decent photos. Make sure you get the ones that are good for commercial use.
And if none of these feebie websites have the photos you want, try Fotolia. For $20 a month you get 10 medium sized photos. These medium sized photos will be good for website design and blogs (they'll fit horizontally across the screen). But be careful as Fotolio will auto-charge you $20 each month and it says on their website "You can cancel your Monthly Pack anytime up to 3 days before the renewal in just one click!"
