5 Reasons You MUST Be Blogging

If you are not blogging, you are missing out on potential clients.  Hopefully, after reading this BLOG (see what I did there?) you'll see the benefits too!

1. Each blog article that you write, is an SEO opportunity to get in keywords. PLUS search engines love valuable content.
   
   For example, if you are a Health Coach you may want to blog on "4 Healthy Snacks That are Packed with Protein".  Someone who is searching for healthy snacks may come across your website due to the keywords you used.
   
   
2. Blogging gives your website life!  Visitors will see that you are a LIVE, active business.
   
   Did you ever visit a website and get the feeling the business was defunct?  Yeah, me too!  Well having a live active (blogging no less than 2x a month) will make it clear to visitors that you are still well and good!
   
   
3. Blogging presents you as an expert!  Potential customers will see that you really do know what you are talking about.
   
   Remember the example I gave above on "4 Healthy Snacks That are Packed with Protein".  Someone will read that be  like "Wow, those are great ideas. This Health Coach knows their stuff!!"

4. It creates a two way conversation.  Customers can ask you questions and engage with you.
   
   Gone are the days where businesses talked and customers had no choice but to listen or change the channel.  Potential customers will want to comment on your blogs (and this is a good thing).  They'll ask questions right there or tell you how awesome you are.
   
   
5. Having a Blog allows you to give back to the community.  Even if a blog reader never buys from you, you may have helped them. And I think we can all agree that is a good thing! You wouldn't be doing what you are doing if you didn't want to actually help people.
